This morning I had the opportunity to inspect a condo in North Vancouver, Roche Point that is currently having it's building envelope refurbished with Rain Screen Technology. There is a large number of buildings on the North Shore that unfortunately are going through this very timely and expensive process. So when buying a condo and trying to deterime how well a building's exterior is performing be sure to hire a qualified Inspector!!
