On Saturday March 16, I completed a Condo Inspection in North Vancouver, Lower Lonsdale East 2nd. The Condominium/Strata was constructed in 1978. The Exterior siding/Building Envelope had been partial Rainscreened in 2009 to 2011. The original Stucco siding and Stucco balconies on the North and East wall had been replaced with a formal Rainscreen System. The West and South walls have not been done but will need to be done in the near future. There is evidence of severe cracking in the Stucco walls/balconies, the balconies have evidence of moisture damage.
