Few days ago I successfully completed a home inspection on a single family home build in 1930, in North Vancouver Tempe Heights.

Great inspection yesterday. Condo/apartment on West 29th Street in North Vancouver upper Londsale.Little over a thousand square feet, built in 1988, performing very well.

Yesterday afternoon, I completed a property inspection on a single family home in North Vancouver, Deep Cove area.Home was originally built in 1936, but over the last few years has have major quality upgrades to it.

Complete an apartment/condo inspection in Yaletown this morning.Will be performing another apartment/condo inspection this afternoon in North Vancouver lower lonsdale.

Completed a small condo inspection today 478 square feet in Downtown vancouver on Howie Street.

Busy day yesterday, completed to single family home inspections. One in Coquitlam bulit 1991 2,400 square feet.The last inspection of the day was in West Vancouver, buitl 2004, 2,500 square feet.

On Tuedsay I inspection a  home in North Vancouver Seymour. The home was built in 1984, approximately 3,600 square feet.Well bulit, performing well and had alot of good quality upgrades. I really enjoy inspecting home that have been loved.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to inspection a single family home on Bowen Island. The home was built in 1964, overall in good condition, but was in the need of alot of updateing

On Saturday March 16, I completed a Condo Inspection in North Vancouver, Lower Lonsdale East 2nd. The Condominium/Strata was constructed in 1978. The Exterior siding/Building Envelope had been partial Rainscreened in 2009 to 2011. The original Stucco siding and Stucco balconies on the North and East wall had been replaced with a formal Rainscreen System. The West and South walls have not been ...
