On Mon Oct 05, completed a problem investigation inspection on a home, where the buyers thought there may have been potential moisture issue in the basement. My findings were negitive.

On Monday Oct 05. Completed a Home inspection on a home built in 2012, approximately 5,000 square feet. Beautiful home built by the owner. Attention to detail was very good.

Apartment inspection yesterday morning on Cherterfield, North Vancouver.

On Saturday completed a Home Inspection in West Vancouver, Marine Drive. Only 4 years old, approximately 5,000 square feet.

Late afternoon yesterday, I completed a home inspection on Sunet Road in North Vancouver Edgemont Area. Built in 1955, approximately 3,000 square feet.

Yesterday in the morning I inspected a home in North Vancouver Lynn Valley built in 1955, approximately 2,200 square feet.
