Great inspection yesterday. Condo/apartment on West 29th Street in North Vancouver upper Londsale.Little over a thousand square feet, built in 1988, performing very well.

Yesterday afternoon, I completed a property inspection on a single family home in North Vancouver, Deep Cove area.Home was originally built in 1936, but over the last few years has have major quality upgrades to it.

Busy day yesterday, completed to single family home inspections. One in Coquitlam bulit 1991 2,400 square feet.The last inspection of the day was in West Vancouver, buitl 2004, 2,500 square feet.

Completed a home inspection in the North Vancouver Seymour Blvd area last week . It was a single family home, approximately 20 years of age and 3500 square feet.The Building Envelope is not Rain Screened, but face sealed, with little if any overhangs to protect the exterior wood siding.
